Shajarian & Shahnaz Ensemble Concert in Tehran

Shajarian and his band, Shahnaz, are scheduled to give a benefit concert in Tehran to raise funds for the renovation of the tomb of Shams-e Tabrizi in Khoy, West Azarbaijan Province.
The performances will take place at Tehran’s National Grand Hall on June 18, 19, 21, and 22.

Shajarian to give concerts in Tehran

Master Mohammad Reza Shajarian and the “Shahnaz” band are scheduled to give concerts at Tehran’s National Grand Hall this summer.
The Shahnaz band (formerly known as the “Rudaki” band) is led by Majid Derakhshani.
Shajarian will sing poems by Hafez, Rumi and Sa’di during his summer concerts.
